Resource to assess different types of properties

Post by findleowong »

Dear all,

Beside by using the indexes from URA to access the different types of properties investment.

Are there any other resources that can be use for assessment?

Thanks

I understand that Real Estate agents subscribe to detailed information provider that can even provide detailed information, such as the exact floor level and unit sold, which URA website does not. However, you need to be property agent to subscribe to such a service.
Cheers!

Hi findleowong,

I came across 2 well known property portals for Singapore

http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/
http://www.iproperty.com.sg
