Hi all,
Would like to understand what is involved if a buyer has obtain OTP for purchase with standard 14 days to exercise the option but seller during this 14 day period sold to another buyer.
What rights does buyer have over seller? Law suit against seller based on breach of contract? What is involved and what about the monies?
