Analyst Says U.S. Unemployment Rate Can Go as High as 15%!
Alot of people are talking about "Green Shoots" in U.S. economy.
I cannot see how each month when more and more people are unemployed and now unemployment rate is 9.5% in U.S. and exceeding 10% is a foregone conclusion that how is this going to be "positive" for U.S. economy recovery and thus, the World Economic Recovery, since U.S. contributes to 23% of the Entire World's Economy.
Some analyts think that the worst case scenario for U.S. unemployment might be as high as 15%!

How Dennis Made 200% Gains in Last Bull Market Despite Being Wrong...
One of the past participant of "How to Save and Accumulate One Million Dollars" emailed me some questions.
Below are her questions, followed by my reply. My reply is marked in Blue for your easy reference.
I've attended your seminar last Sat on "How to save and accumulate your first million" and found it useful. Thank you.
I've logged into your forum and came across this info that you've shared (below). You mind elaborate what "personal experience" that you mentioned that you didn't suffer a huge loss in the previous market crash, yet made over 200%?
What is your personal "Market Cycle Investing" strategy?
To put it simply, Market Cycle Investing Strategy is basically to ride the Mega Market Trend (let the trend be your friend) - buy when prices are low, sell when prices are high.
Do you use a lot of technical analysis to help you?
I use a combination of Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis, which I will teach in 3-day Secrets to Making Money in Stocks and Property Seminar scheduled on 15, 16 and 22 Aug 2009.

Would you discourage anyone to play contra or short in the stock market?
Yes, for the average investors, they should avoid contra or shorting. Why? Contra is 3 days, the shorter the time horizon, the higher the risks. If you short, you will lose money if you’re wrong.
I am not an aggressive investor and don't take high risk. The biggest lost I ever had was in an MLM business where I lost 70K. All my years of hard earned savings down the drain. It was painful. I managed to save again but this time, I want to invest it wisely. What advise would you give me? I want to invest in property but only have $40K spare cash so far. Can I still be able to buy a property? Hope to hear from you and thank you for your time.
S$40k not enough for property investing in Singapore. At least S$100,000.
Quoted: "...Something most people might not realise is that one does not need to "catch" the market bottom to make money. Using my own personal experience as an example, in the Previous Market Crash, I was early by about 1 year, having invested all my money by early 2002.
Despite being "wrong", I still made over 200% in the Bull Market that followed.
Most investors only make money when they are right and they are likely to lose money Big Time when they turn out to be wrong. While my personal strategy of "Market Cycle Investing" enables me to make money even when I'm wrong." - Dennis Ng
I was wrong, becos I invested all my money 1 year earlier before market bottom.
When I got out, I was “wrong” again, as the market only peak 6 months after I got out.
So I was wrong about both market bottoms and market tops and still made 200% in the last bull market from Year 2003 to Year 2007, becos using Market Cycle investing, I managed to Buy Low and Sell High.
Michael Jackson's Greatest Legacy to the World is THIS...
What is Michael Jackson’s Greatest Legacy to The World?
Michael Jackson passed away at age 50. There is so much been said about him, this newsletter is to share, in my opinion, what is Michael Jackson’s Greatest Legacy to the World and also to tell you the True Life Story of a girl named Charmaine….the feisty princess…
I think Michael Jackson is really a Great singer, and he has inspired so many, many, many people around the world with his songs, especially his “humanitarian” efforts for charity with some of his songs, such as “We Are the World” and “Heal The World”
Do you want to make a difference in the world?
Do you want to make the world a Better place?
How can you do it?
Actually, the answer is clearly stated in one of Michael Jackson’s Songs, the lyrics goes:
I See The Kids In The Street, With Not Enough To Eat
Who Am I, To Be Blind?
Pretending Not To See Their Needs…..
I've Been A Victim Of A Selfish Kind Of Love
It's Time That I Realize
That There Are Some With No Home, Not A Nickel To Loan
Could It Be Really Me, Pretending That They're Not Alone?
And No Message Could Have Been Any Clearer
If You Wanna Make The World A Better Place
Take A Look At Yourself, And Then Make A Change
Yes, if you want to make the world a better place, you need to change yourself first.
Nothing changes until and unless we make the change ourselves. Change the world by changing yourself.
In Singapore, there is a young and brave girl, fighting to stay alive…..she needs US$350,000 to seek the medical treatment that will give her a chance to Live…..
Yes, as Michael Jackson said:”we cannot pretend to be blind, not to see….”
But after knowing this, what are you going to do? Looking at the man in the mirror, what can you do? The more important question is, will you do something for her?
Looking at man in the mirror myself, here is what I will do for her. I’m conducting a full-day seminar “How to Save and Accumulate One Million Dollars” on 1 Aug 2009 (English Session). For everyone who attend this seminar which costs S$98 per pax (inclusive of Lunch, 2 tea breaks and course materials), S$20 will be donated to Charmaine’s Cause.
There are total of 100 tickets to the seminar, so total raised would be about S$2,000. I will top up with S$20 for each seat sold, so personally, I will donate an additional S$20 each.
So all attendees of the seminar, S$20 of the S$98 you pay will go to Charmaine’s Cause. And I will match donation of another S$20 per ticket sold…
You can register for the seminar and pay online here:
So far 43 tickets to the seminar have already been sold, or total of S$1,720 has already been raised (S$20 per ticket sale, and S$20 top up donation by Dennis for each ticket sold).
Of course, if you want to make a direct donation or if you want to do something else for Charmaine, you are encouraged to do so.
Let me clarify, I do not know Charmaine nor her family personally. Just that now that I know their needs, I can no longer pretend to be blind and do nothing. Thanks, Michael Jackson, for helping me see this……this, to me, is his Greatest Legacy to the World….
Do You Want to Make a Difference in the World? Here's how and what you can do...
Do you want to make a difference in the world? Do you want to make the World a better place?
How and what do you need to do to make the World a better place?
The answer is provided by Michael Jackson in his song "Man in the Mirror". Nothing changes until and unless we make the change ourselves.

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read each others' updates, known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters, displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to other users - known as followers - who have subscribed to them.
Senders can restrict delivery to those in their circle of friends or, by default, allow open access. Users can send and receive tweets via the Twitter website, Short Message Service (SMS) or external applications. The service is free over the Internet, but using SMS may incur phone service provider fees.
Since its creation in 2006 by Jack Dorsey, Twitter has gained notability and popularity worldwide. It is sometimes described as the "SMS of the Internet",[2] as it provides the functionality—via its application programming interface (API)—for other desktop and web-based applications to send and receive short text messages, often obscuring the Twitter service itself.
Through SMS, users can communicate with Twitter through five gateway numbers: short codes for the United States, Canada, India, New Zealand, and an Isle of Man-based number for international use. There is also a short code in the United Kingdom which is only accessible to those in the Vodafonenetwork.[3]
Alexa ranks the site 27th in terms of web traffic.[4] Estimates of the number of daily users vary, because the company does not release the number of active accounts. However, a February 2009 Compete.com blog entry ranked Twitter as the third most used social network,[5] which puts the number of unique monthly visitors at roughly 6 million and the number of monthly visits at 55 million;[5] however, only 40% of users are retained.[6] In March 2009, a Nielsen.com blog ranked Twitter as the fastest-growing site in the Member Communities category for February 2009. Twitter had a monthly growth of 1382%, Zimbio of 240%, followed by Facebook with an increase of 228%.[7]
